At USA Nikah, we respect your privacy and your right to control your account and personal information.

If you no longer wish to use USA Nikah, you can request deletion of your account and associated personal data.

How to Delete Your Account

You have three ways to request deletion of your USA Nikah account:

Option 1: Delete Your Account From the USA Nikah App

If you are able to access your USA Nikah account:

  1. Open the USA Nikah app.
  2. Log in to your account.
  3. Go to Settings.
  4. Select Delete Profile.
  5. Follow the instructions shown in the app to confirm your request.

Option 2: Email Our Support Team

If you cannot access the USA Nikah app or have already uninstalled it, you can send an email from your registered email address to contact@usanikah.com with the subject line: Account Deletion Request - [Your Profile ID].

You do not need to reinstall the app to submit a deletion request.

  1. Please include the following verification details in your message:
  2. Full Name: As registered on your profile
  3. User/Profile ID: (e.g. USN00251)
  4. Registered Email: The email you signed up with
  5. Registered Phone Number: The phone number you signed up with
  6. Reason for Deletion: (Optional)

Once the account deletion process is completed within 7 business days, your account will no longer be available for use.

Option 3: Request Account Deletion Through Our Website

As above, if you cannot access the USA Nikah app or have already uninstalled it, you can request account deletion through the form below. Our support and compliance team will verify your identity and process the erasure within 7 business days.

Reason for Deletion

What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

When your account is deleted, USA Nikah will delete the personal data associated with your account that is required to be deleted under our data deletion practices and applicable law.

This may include information associated with your USA Nikah profile and account, such as:

  • Your profile information
  • Profile photos and uploaded images
  • Account information
  • Contact information associated with your account
  • Match, interest, and shortlist information
  • Messages and other account-related content, where applicable
  • Verification information associated with your account
  • Other personal information associated with your USA Nikah account

Once your account has been deleted, you will no longer be able to access your profile or use account features associated with that account.

Data That May Need to Be Retained

In certain circumstances, USA Nikah may be required or permitted to retain limited information for legitimate purposes, such as:

  • Preventing fraud, abuse, or repeated violations of our policies
  • Maintaining platform security
  • Resolving disputes
  • Complying with legal obligations
  • Responding to lawful requests from government or law-enforcement authorities

Where information must be retained for one of these legitimate purposes, it will be retained only as necessary and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Account deactivation or hiding a profile is not considered account deletion.

Premium Membership and Subscriptions

Deleting your USA Nikah account does not necessarily cancel a subscription or payment arrangement managed through a third-party app store.

If you have an active subscription purchased through Google Play, Apple Pay, or another payment provider, you should cancel the subscription through the applicable payment provider to prevent future charges.

Deleting your USA Nikah account removes your USA Nikah account and associated data according to our deletion practices, but it does not automatically cancel a subscription managed independently by a third-party payment provider.

Important Information

Account deletion is permanent and may not be reversible.

After your account has been deleted, you may need to create a new account if you decide to use USA Nikah again.

If you believe your account was deleted in error or you have questions about the deletion process, please contact USA Nikah Support before submitting a deletion request.
