CHILD SAFETY / CSAE

USA Nikah is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and responsible environment for adults seeking marriage. USA Nikah is an 18+ Muslim matrimonial and matchmaking platform exclusively intended for adults living in the United States.
The safety of our users is a serious responsibility. USA Nikah has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child grooming, sexual exploitation of minors, or any other conduct that places children at risk.
These Child Safety Standards explain our requirements and the actions we take to help protect children and prevent the misuse of our platform.
1. Adults Only — 18+
USA Nikah is exclusively for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account, maintain a profile, search for other members, express interest in another member, or use the communication features of USA Nikah.
We do not knowingly permit individuals under the age of 18 to register for or use USA Nikah.
USA Nikah uses age-related safeguards and platform controls designed to restrict access by minors. Users may be required to provide accurate date-of-birth information during registration, and accounts that are determined to belong to minors may be restricted or removed.
Users must not misrepresent their age or provide false information to gain access to the platform.
2. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation
USA Nikah strictly prohibits any content, activity, communication, or behavior involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Sexual content involving minors.
- Sexualization of minors.
- Child grooming or attempts to establish inappropriate relationships with minors for sexual purposes.
- Soliciting, requesting, sharing, producing, distributing, or possessing sexual images or material involving minors.
- Sextortion or blackmail involving a minor.
- Sexual exploitation or trafficking of children.
- Attempts to arrange sexual contact with a minor.
- Encouraging, promoting, facilitating, or assisting the sexual exploitation or abuse of children.
- Using USA Nikah to locate, target, contact, or exploit minors.
- Circumventing age restrictions or other safety measures to gain access to minors.
- Any other behavior that violates applicable child-safety laws.
Any user found to be engaging in such conduct may have their account immediately suspended or permanently removed, and USA Nikah may take additional action as required by applicable law.
3. Prohibited Content
Users may not upload, publish, send, request, distribute, or otherwise make available content that:
- Depicts or promotes the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.
- Contains or facilitates CSAM.
- Sexualizes children or minors.
- Promotes child grooming or exploitation.
- Solicits sexual contact with a minor.
- Facilitates trafficking or exploitation of children.
- Attempts to evade or circumvent our child-safety protections.
USA Nikah may remove prohibited content and restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts associated with violations of these standards.
4. Reporting Child Safety Concerns
USA Nikah provides mechanisms for users to report safety concerns, inappropriate behavior, suspicious activity, or content that may violate these standards.
If you encounter content or behavior that you believe involves:
- A minor using USA Nikah;
- Child sexual abuse or exploitation;
- CSAM;
- Child grooming;
- Sexual exploitation of a child;
- Sextortion involving a child;
- An attempt to contact or target a minor; or
- Any other child-safety concern,
please report it to USA Nikah immediately through the reporting functionality available within the app or by contacting our Child Safety Point of Contact using the information provided below.

When making a report, please provide enough information for our team to understand the concern and investigate it appropriately. Do not intentionally send or redistribute suspected CSAM.
5. How USA Nikah Responds to Reports
USA Nikah takes reports involving child safety seriously.
When we receive a report or otherwise obtain actual knowledge of suspected CSAE or CSAM, we may take appropriate action, which may include:
- Reviewing the reported account, content, or activity.
- Restricting access to the reported account while an investigation is conducted.
- Removing prohibited content where appropriate.
- Suspending or permanently terminating accounts that violate these standards.
- Preserving relevant information when appropriate and permitted by law.
- Cooperating with law enforcement and relevant authorities when required or appropriate.
- Reporting confirmed CSAM to the appropriate authorities as required by applicable law.
We may take immediate action when circumstances indicate that a child may be at risk.
6. Account Removal and Enforcement
USA Nikah may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate an account when we determine that the user has violated these Child Safety Standards, our Terms of Service, or applicable law.
We may also take action against accounts that attempt to circumvent our safety systems, misrepresent their age, or otherwise attempt to facilitate prohibited activity.
Violations involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of children may result in immediate and permanent account removal.
USA Nikah may also cooperate with appropriate authorities when required by law or when necessary to protect users and children.
7. Compliance With Child Safety Laws
USA Nikah is committed to complying with applicable child-safety laws and regulations.
Where legally required, USA Nikah will maintain processes for handling and reporting confirmed CSAM and other serious child-safety violations to the appropriate authorities.
For matters involving suspected child exploitation or immediate danger to a child, users should also contact appropriate law enforcement or child-protection authorities.

USA Nikah maintains a designated Child Safety Point of Contact responsible for receiving and responding to child-safety concerns and potential notifications regarding CSAE or CSAM.

9. User Responsibility
All USA Nikah users are expected to use the platform responsibly and comply with these Child Safety Standards.
Users must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Provide accurate information about themselves.
- Never attempt to contact, target, or exploit a minor.
- Never upload, request, send, or distribute CSAM.
- Report suspected child-safety violations promptly.
- Cooperate with reasonable safety investigations.
- Follow USA Nikah’s Terms of Service and other applicable policies.
Users should never attempt to investigate suspected child exploitation themselves or redistribute suspected illegal material.
10. Cooperation With Authorities
USA Nikah may cooperate with law enforcement, child-protection organizations, regulatory authorities, and other appropriate organizations when legally required or when necessary to protect children and users.
Where applicable and legally required, confirmed CSAM may be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the appropriate regional authority.
USA Nikah may provide relevant information to authorized authorities in accordance with applicable law.
11. No Tolerance for Circumvention
Users may not attempt to bypass USA Nikah’s age restrictions, verification procedures, reporting systems, account restrictions, or other safety measures.
This includes creating another account after removal, providing false age information, using another person’s identity, or otherwise attempting to access the platform in violation of our requirements.
Attempts to circumvent safety protections may result in permanent account termination.
12. Commitment to a Safe Matrimonial Environment
USA Nikah exists to provide adults with a respectful and marriage-focused environment for finding a spouse.
Our platform is designed for serious Muslim marriage and matrimonial purposes, not for interactions involving minors or any form of child exploitation.
We are committed to maintaining a platform where adults can pursue marriage while respecting safety, privacy, dignity, and applicable laws.
13. Updates to These Standards
USA Nikah may update these Child Safety Standards from time to time to improve our safety practices, respond to changes in applicable laws, or comply with requirements from app stores and other relevant authorities.
The effective date shown at the beginning of this page indicates when these standards were most recently updated.
